No matter whether you are an energetic player running on the pitch or exciting audience cheering for your teams in front of TV, the World Cup is now fanning the fire of football lovers’ fire in town.
To add more excitement to the World Cup mania, giant figures of classic Japanese manga Captain Tsubasa are currently on display in Causeway Bay. To celebrate the World Cup, adidas is holding an exhibition, adidas battlefield AT HYSAN PLACE & LEE THEATRE, featuring four giant figures of the Japanese comic. Kojiro Hyuga (小志強) and Genzo Wakabayashi (林源三) are currently on display at Lee Theatre, while Taro Misaki (戴志偉) and Ōzora Tsubasa outside Hysan Place.
From today to 2 July, these five-metre tall figures, with their football jerseys and boots on, are open to the public to share more joy in this World Cup month.
To join in the fun of this vibrant football event, Education Ladder wants to know your encouraging stories. Simply give us your inspirational thoughts on the following questions about sports comics.
